From Oct. 2, 2025 to Oct. 19, 2025, EigenDA engaged Veridise to conduct a security assessment of their Hokulea library. The security assessment covered the Hokulea library which integrates EigenDA with Optimism’s Kona library, and Canoe — the zkVM application to prove the validity of EigenDA certs by calling on-chain verification contracts. Veridise conducted the assessment over 4 person-weeks, with 2 security analysts reviewing the project over 2 weeks.The review strategy involved a tool-assisted analysis of the program source code performed by Veridise security analysts as well as thorough code review.
